The Peer Advisor Academy hires and trains LaGuardia students to work in department-based advising roles across campus for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. It’s a paid, on-campus position (12–15 hours per week at $19/hour). You’ll help fellow students with course selection, degree mapping, and using digital tools like Degree Works and CUNYfirst. Training is provided and paid — no prior advising experience needed. The application is due on Friday, July 3, 2026.
Please note that applications must be submitted with a resume. The minimum requirement is GPA 2.8 and 12 completed credits by the end of Spring 2026.
