Ghibli Park is a theme park featuring Studio Ghibli, a studio led by Hayao Miyazaki who created a number of Japanese anime films such as “Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind” (1984), “Castle in the Sky” (1986), “My Neighbor Totoro” (1988), “Kiki’s Delivery Service” (1989), and “Spirited Away” (2001). The park just opened in November 2022 and was featured by the New York Times (with a featured article and a podcast in The Daily).
