Registration for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) will become available on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 and will be closed on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. This national test is a great opportunity to prove your Japaense language skill. If you are in the Japanese Option or have taken several Japanese courses, please consider taking this proficiency test.
Note that the NY test site (Lehman College) is very popular and it gets filled very quickly once the registration is open. If you cannot secure the NY test site, you will have to travel to PA or DC in order to take the JLPT test. See the list of the test sites at https://www.aatj.org/jlpt-us.
The test will be administered Sunday, December 4, 2022. The test fee is $100. See the links below for more information.
