It’s relatively unknown that Mr. Fumio Kishida, the incumbent Prime Minter of Japan, spent his childhood in Queens and attended local public schools, including PS 13 The Clement C. Moore School in Elmhurst. This is his 2nd grade class photo at PS 13.
