FLAS is a prestigious national fellowship program for student (including community college students) to develop advanced language skills through short-term study abroad experience. This fellowship provides up to $5,000 for travel and $2,500 for stipends and the program is administered by the Columbia’s Weatherhead East Asian Institute.
