The Excluded Workers Fund is a one-time payment for low-income New Yorkers who lost income during the COVID-19 pandemic and who are not eligible for Unemployment Insurance due to immigration status or other factors. Eligible applicants can receive either $3,200 or $15,600 (minus taxes) if approved. The application form does not include questions about citizenship or immigration status.
