Bill Tsuda majored in Japanese at LaGuardia and received prestigious scholarships from the U.S. Department of State and the Henry-Luce Foundation before graduating from LaGuardia in 2016. Bill presented his study abroad experience in Japan (fully-funded by the Critical Language Scholarship) to Caroline Kennedy, U.S. Ambassador to Japan, at a CUNY’s study abroad workshop in 2015.
