The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Fellows Program is recruiting students who are interested in their internship program with local small businesses in Spring 2022. The pay rate is $20 per hour and interns work for 20 hours per week.
The mission of this program is to connect small businesses with community college students through paid, semester-long internships. In Spring 2022, the program is particularly interested in hiring students in liberal arts majors (such as the Japanese Option), who can meet the needs of over 50 different small businesses from different industries.
Applications will be open from Monday, October 25, 2021 to Friday, November 12, 2021. Application requirements are:
- Enrolled in at least one course for the Spring 2022 semester at LaGuardia Community College by December 1, 2021
- Completed a minimum 30 credits by the start of the Spring 2022 semester
- GPA 2.5+
- Any major or courses of study
